This position is responsible for providing analysis, evaluation, and optimization of organizational and administrative processes within the Office of Inspector General’s (OIG) enterprise operations and policy (EOP) division. The EOP division coordinates equity and inclusion, legislative policy and stakeholder engagement, operations, and Tribal Nation engagement in support of OIG’s regulatory and program integrity mission.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
· Conducting system/business process analyses and recommending changes to methods, policies, procedures, and protocols to optimize resources and conform to OIG mission demands and constraints.
· Providing technical and logistical resource management to meet the operational and business needs of OIG enterprise-level activities.
· Providing expertise, guidance and leadership for MS Teams and SharePoint usage for the Office of Inspector General
· Provide high-level analysis and support to meet the operational and business needs of enterprise-level Office of Inspector General functions.
Minimum Qualifications

One (1) year professional experience evaluating, implementing, and maintaining organization, workflows, systems, processes, and/or protocols, and advising decision makers on their effective use to enable achievement of organizational goals;
OR
Three (3) years advanced technical or paraprofessional experience evaluating, implementing, and maintaining organizational workflows, systems, processes, and/or protocols, and advising decision makers on their effective use to enable achievement of organizational goals;
OR
Bachelor’s degree business administration/management, public administration, operations management and two (2) years of advanced technical or paraprofessional experience evaluating, implementing, and maintaining organizational workflows, systems, processes, and/or protocols, and advising decision makers on their effective use to enable achievement of organizational goals.
Experience must demonstrate the following:
· Provide technical and logistical resource management.
· Collect, analyze, and/or synthesize data to solve problems.
· Identify gaps in administrative and operational processes.
· SharePoint development, implementation and/or maintenance.
Preferred Qualifications
· Skilled in computer applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat DC, MS Teams, and Visio.
· Learn, understand, and apply new information technologies and methods to maximize efficiencies and organize complex information in a meaningful way.
· Establish and maintain effective working relationships with managers, supervisors, and staff in developing and implementing new policies and procedures.
· Coordinate logistics for staff onboarding and enterprise-wide training events
· Prepare clear and comprehensive reports summarizing results of work.
· Provide exceptional customer service.
· Variety of experiences working effectively with others from different backgrounds and cultures.
